The Grover Group, affiliated with CENTURY 21 Excellence Realty, provides thegrovergroup.com to help visitors explore Central Ohio real estate and contact Ryan Grover. This policy describes information handled through this website and the property-search tools linked from it.

Information you provide
When you request help buying or selling a home, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, budget, timing, home preferences, and the contents of your message. The information requested depends on the form or service you use.
The buyer inquiry form requests contact details, your stage in the buying process, and what you are looking for. IDX Broker registration requests first and last name, email address, and an optional phone number. Homebot begins with a property address and may request additional information as you use its service.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, or confidential transaction documents through general website forms.
Inquiries and communication
We use information you submit to respond to your request, discuss properties or home values, arrange appointments, and assist with your real-estate plans. We may use customer relationship management and communication service providers to organize inquiries, maintain contact records, and manage follow-up on our behalf.
We may contact you by email, telephone, or text message about your inquiry, appointments, properties, market information, newsletters, and our real-estate services, consistent with your requests, preferences, and applicable consent requirements. Communications may be sent manually or using automated tools where permitted by law and supported by any required consent.
You may stop optional communications by contacting Ryan. Marketing emails include instructions for unsubscribing. For text communications, you may reply STOP or contact Ryan to request that messages stop. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Contact Ryan for assistance. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services. This privacy policy does not itself constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or texts.
Website services and cookies
The website is configured to use Google Analytics through ExactMetrics to help understand website use. Analytics can involve browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by analytics and other website services.

Property searches and Homebot
IDX Broker supplies the linked property-search and registration service at search.thegrovergroup.com. Read the IDX Broker Privacy Policy for details about its collection and use of information.
Homebot supplies the embedded home-value tool. Its services and data practices are described in the Homebot Privacy Policy. An online estimate is not an appraisal or a guaranteed sale price.
Using an embedded feature or opening an external service may provide information to that provider. Review its notice before submitting information.
How information is shared
Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell phone numbers. Mobile information and text-message consent records are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Providers helping deliver our text messages may process the information needed to provide that service, and disclosures may be required by law.
We may use service providers to operate our website, manage inquiries and contact records, and communicate with you on our behalf. These may include customer relationship management, communication, property-search, home-value, mapping, analytics, hosting, and form providers. They may process information needed to deliver those services.
When you choose an independently operated third-party tool, its own privacy notice applies to the information it collects.
Retention and requests
You may contact Ryan to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask that optional communications stop. Please identify the email address or service connected with your request; do not send identity documents with an initial inquiry.
We review deletion requests in light of the information involved and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Some information may remain in backups or records that must be retained for legal, security, or transaction-related purposes.
Requests involving an independently operated service may also need to be directed to that provider. Transaction and brokerage records can be subject to separate legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
Security and updates
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive transaction documents.
