Gahanna, Ohio was founded in 1849. The town sprawls along the Big Walnut Creek. The name “Gahanna” comes from a Native American word for three creeks that come together. Today, the Olde Gahanna Community Partnership works to promote the history of the community as well as fun family oriented events like Paws in the Plaza.
